Affiliates Terms For affiliates, the terms of this Agreement will begin upon acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term. You promise to promote the designated pdf book in an ethical way and in full compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and within the standards of the affiliate marketing industry. Commissions will be paid as follows: You will be paid RM10.00 commission from orders placed through your qualified Affiliate hotlink. For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product ordered. If a transaction is canceled or returned, or if an online transaction is not completed (credit card chargeback or fraud, etc.), no commission payment is due and we may charge you a processing fee. If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from your future commissions. If there is no subsequent payment, you will receive a bill for the commission. Commissions will not be paid for self-purchase reasons and suspected fraudulent purchase. Any commissions due will be with-held and/or denied pending investigations from our side. We reserve the right to this effect for any suspected fraud occurring with regards to the purchase. Commission payments are made through bank accounts on or every two weeks of each month for all sales made during the preceding 2 weeks and will be sent to the bank account details that you provide when you sign up as an Affiliate. We reserve the right for an additional 1 week to clear all processing payments. In the event that you have not furnished us with correct bank account details, your commissions due will be brought forward to the next payment cycle. We reserve the right to reject commissions due to wrong bank account details and may deduct any fees incurred due to this. The minimum amount of commissions that must be earned before payment is made is RM50.00. Commissions are not paid for any sales for which payment for the product has not been received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason. Sending SPAM (unsolicited bulk e-mails) which promote or make reference to maharajavideo.com is strictly forbidden. This includes posting in forums, blogs, yahoo groups, google groups, newsgroups etc. where commercial posts are specifically not allowed. If you breach this ruling, you will be removed from the program and any outstanding commissions will be forfeited. By signing up as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
